1. The stomach is afraid when you do not have breakfast.
2. The kidneys are afraid when you don’t drink 10 glasses of water in 24 hours.
3. Gallbladder scares when you don’t sleep until 11 pm and wake up at sunrise.
4. The small intestine is afraid when you eat cold and expired foods.
5. Large intestines get scared when you eat more fried and spicy food.
6. Lungs are afraid when you breathe in smoke, dirt, and the polluted environment of cigarettes and bidi.
7. The liver is afraid when you eat heavy fried food, junk, and fast food.
8. The heart is afraid when you eat your meal with more salt and cholesterol.
9. The pancreas is afraid when you eat more sweets because of the taste and freely available.
10. The eyes are afraid when you work by the light of the mobile screen and the computer in the dark.
11. The brain is afraid when you start to think negative thoughts.
So, Take care of the different parts of your body and don’t scare them.

Not all of these organs are available on the market. The ones that are available are very expensive and probably cannot be adjusted to your body. So keep your organs healthy.
